Terms and Conditions 2. If you need to return a product, please contact us first: returns must be received back within 7 days of receipt. We are happy to exchange or refund faulty goods unless they are advertised as second-hand, faulty, damaged or clearance. Returns must be in their origina;, undamaged packaging and as supplied. We do not accept returned goods that have been fitted, altered or damaged. The cost of return P&P is the responsibility of the buyer and additional P&P is chargeable for the exchange of non-faulty products. 3. It is recommended that irems to be returned be sent by "Recorded delivery/Insured" to limit the risk of loss, as we cannot be held responsible for returned items which do not reach us. Items returned for credit must be accompanied be the relevant invoice or proof of postage. 4. Where a delivery is received from us damaged, the driver's paperwork must be marked "damaged" or "un-checked" when signing for receipt. Failure to do this could release the delivery company of any responsibility and affect the opportunity to return the item under such circumstances. 5. No consequential loss claims will be accepted by Parts4x4landrover and are deemed the responsibility of the fitter. 6. All goods remain the property of Parts4x4landrover until cleared payment is received for their full value. Payment for items will not be taken until the item is dispatched to avoid the need for cancellation refunds. Surcharges must be paid for upon purchase of the unit and will only be reimbursed when our surcharge department accepts the unit. 7. Part numbers are used for identification purposes only and do not imply or indicate the identity of any manufacturers. E & OE. 8. all prices are subject to change without prior notice and we reserve the right to refuse to sell any item at a set price. 9. We aim to dispatch all orders placed before 3.00pm Monday to Friday (excluding Public Holidays) on the same day. It is your responsibility to ensure that someone will be available to sign for delivery of items. 10. Parts4x4landrover can change these Terms and Conditions at any time by posting changes online. Your continued use of this site after changes have been posted constitutes acceptance of the modified terms. 11. Parts4x4landrover does not guarantee that the site's facilities and functions will be free from error or interrupted, that the site or the server that makes it available to you are free of viruses or bugs, that defects will be corrected, or that the content on the site is accurate or complete. 12. Important information for customers outside the United Kingdom. Your country of residence may impose duties and taxes on the parts we ship to you. Any additional charges for customs clearance are not included in our prices and require payment upon delivery. Should your order be returned to us due to unpaid import duties and taxes, restocking fees may be charged to your credit card. Because customs policies vary widely from country to country' we strongly recoomend that you contact your local customs authority to confirm any possible import duties and taxes before placing an order. 13. For all overseas customers whose country is not featured in the list at our checkout, please contact us either by email or phone and we will arrange a delivery for you.
